After taking her in for a super-cleaning, I decided Friday morning to test my luck at the owner-to-owner Car Mart. (This place is great...for just $24/weekend you can display your used vehicles at a car lot located on the car dealership stretch of Hwy 61 in WBL.)

Within the first hour I had two people requesting test-drives and a third just 4 hours after I brought her up there. The third guy is the one who bought the car and he offered me quite a bit more than I was willing to take. Yay!!!

Both the Audi A4 Quattro and the Audi A6 Quattro won “All-Wheel Drive Car of the Year 2009” in specialist all-wheel drive magazine, Auto Bild Allrad’s reader poll. used audi a4

Audi have now topped two categories for four years in a row, demonstrating their dominance in the motoring sector. The Audi A4 Quattro won best all-wheel drive car between £25,000 and £40,000 whilst the A6 Quattro was victorious in the all-wheel drive category above£40,000.

The Quattro (all-wheel drive) range has proved to be very popular since its introduction in the 80’s as it enables cars to cope with all weather conditions and road surfaces.

Audi also achieved top-three places in other categories in Auto Bild Allrad’s readers poll. The Audi Q5 finished second in the “off-road vehicles and SUVs”between £25,000 and £40,000”, whilst the Audi R8 and the Audi A5 Quattro came second and third in the category of “all-wheel drive coupes and sports cars”.

More than 165,000 readers took part in this poll which covered 134 car models, this shows just how strong Audi are in the all-wheel drive sector.
